Several years ago, our founder, Terry L. Socall, noticed that there were more and more people dissatisfied with their work and unsure what to do about it. Having an extensive background in business planning and being a disciple of Dr. Stephen Covey, Mr. Socall devised a career assistance process, which combines facets of both. We actually go through an assessment and planning process, utilizing state-of-the-art, validated instruments. We can inform the client whether or not he/she should pursue an entrepreneurial undertaking and precisely what that should be. If the client is not suited for entrepreneurship, we can advise him/her on precisely what course of action he/she should take. Additionally, the client and our facilitator develop a five-year career plan for career attainment, which also includes definitive goals for the other six areas of life, which need to be kept in balance - social, spiritual, family, financial, physical, and mental. This, in effect, is a "road map" not only for your career, but your entire life!
